I heard about this product from a magazine and wanted to try it. I bought it and had it for sometime before trying it as I have had little success with other products. Boy was I amazed when I first tried it as it was easy to use and worked great! I love that it comes with a skin cleaner and oil to use before and after waxing. The only difficulty we (my sister and I) had was we tried using it on our lip and eyebrows while sitting in a chair - it wax had a tendency to drip. The second time we used it we laid down on the sofa and it was much easier to use. Now they have finally come up with a faster microwave way of melting the wax and it is just as fabulous as the original but softens in about 1 minute. I have sensitive skin and find this product extremely gentle. I can wax, put on the post wax lotion and leave the house without irritation, and the slight redness disappears within minutes. There's a slight learning curve in using the wax, getting to the right consistency and not having it drip getting it from the cup to your face but once you get it---you'll never use another product again! I use it on eyebrows, upper lip, and unfortunately on those stray hairs on my neck. I just tried it this past weekend on a leg and tiny hairs at the side of the mouth. After carefully reading the instructions and adhering strictly to them, this was no more painful to me than having your eyebrows tweezed. It is going to be somewhat time consuming as to be expected vs a salon treatment but my heavens, the difference in price and the luxury of doing this whenever you decide is fantastic. I too had a bit of a 'dribble effect' on my face, but I did not use the tiny spatula and did not twist the wax long enough to eliminate 'running down my face."
